Meet the Director
Dorian is a passionate music educator, with over 20 years of teaching experience, dedicated to empowering students through personalized piano lessons, music theory, and composition. His engaging teaching style fosters a love for music and encourages creativity in a supportive and fun environment.
He is an Emmy Winning graduate of Hofstra University, and has scored musical tracks for documentaries, movies, radio and television. His clients have included companies such as MTV, PBS, Moviefone.com, z100 Radio Station, NYU Film School, and others.
Dorian has performed at Carnegie Hall, The NJPAC Theater, Hotel Nacional de Cuba, Nelson Odeon, Stanhope House, and other venues. He is the House Pianist at Graycliff Manor and The Grove and has performed at over 1,000 weddings.
He brings passion, motivation, fun and life into his teaching sessions. In addition to piano lessons, Dorian trains students in GarageBand, Megamix software and Pro-Logic for advanced musicians who want to learn how to make loops, backing tracks and instrumentation for “radio and CD ready” productions.
